Hani Terrace Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems Conservation and Inheritance School

The Hani terraced fields of Honghe State  is the second largest terrace in the world  after the Old Town of Lijiang, "Three  Parallel Rivers", Stone Forest Karst  Landform and Maotian Mountain in  Chengjiang The fifth "World Heritage Site" in Yunnan  Province.

The completion of Hani Terrace Protection School can not only  better protect the world cultural heritage of the Hani terraced  fields of Honghe State, but also make Globally Important  Agricultural Heritage Systems become the business card of  agricultural tourism development in Honghe County. Standing high and looking down at this newly built school, the red  roof is easily overlooked because it blends perfectly with the  brick red building, making it almost imperceptible to be unique.

It is difficult to detect, which makes it very  rare. This red roof is actually composed of  388 ASP cadmium telluride thin film  photovoltaic modules. To meet the design  requirements of the building, the  photovoltaic modules adopt a red imitation  ceramic panel pattern, which maintains high  consistency with the building's appearance.  At the same time, it continuously converts  solar energy into green electricity for daily  use of school load equipment.
